Service levelsDeveloping long-term relationships
Through effective project planning at the beginning stage of a project we identify realistic dates when content
needs to be supplied and proofs will be returned to our clients that enable delivery dates to be met. This will vary
project to project depending on the size and scope of the task but in all cases it is done in consultation with the
client. Things however do not always go to plan therefore we have a flexible approach to delivering projects on
time. Once we commit to a project, should there be slippage on the plan, if it’s within our power to do so we’ll aim
to make up the lost time.
We also have a culture of participation which allows our clients to have direct access to our creative staff. In this
culture of participation, customers become co-creators of a project. This makes them feel part of the process,
not just the end result.

Since the launch of Omneport we have had good publicity and people are using the system worldwide. This could not have been achieved without your considerable input in designing our logo, creating the visual brand and theme and organising and designing our stand at the Business Travel Show in London. Besides the creative flair, what has been so very good has been the way in which the service was – and continues to be - delivered by Cohesion, the willingness to fit in with our idiosyncrasies and to make what seemed big chasms turn into very shallow ditches.
More recently Omneport Central has received your attention and again we have a product that has been well designed, so clients find it very easy to use.
I am also very pleased with the way in which myTsafe our new product due to launch has been designed and the look and feel of the system. In a new emerging market it is vital to be nimble and change tack frequently to meet the demands of the market. I know that with Cohesion we have a partner who can help us achieve our objectives.

Cohesion were given a brief to re-design our brand image and strapline as to some extent we were guilty of creating confusion in the market place.
