Phase 2 all switch room split A/C outdoor unit support channel removed and provided to ground floor.

Monthly service was done for passengers lift 1 & 2 in Phase 1 by ETA MELCO .

Phase 1 & 2 workstation raw power and ups power point sticker is pasting work done .

50 KVA capacitor has been connected in the AC panel - 1/1 spare FSU 125 A at Phase 1 ground floor electrical room

Manholes to be closed at out gate and two wheeler parking area to avoid rats to enter inside the building.

Non veg. counter partition has to be rectified as it is so weak at phase 1 and 2 cafeterias.

Fire hydrant points to be rectified at the outer area.

Help Needed

Civil work pending for a long time from CDS (e.g. Wall cracks, Manhole closing, Fire hydrant rectifications, Stair case skirting fixing etc….).

Evacuation plan for PRN facility required.

Need approval for polishing floors at lobby and all lift landing areas.

Steel rack for Engineering store. All DG roof gap (near exhaust pipeline) needs to be closed,

DG snag to be rectified.

1. All DG Silencers painting to be done.

2. Lubricant oil drain cock leaks to be arrested.

3. DG –No:2 door hinges got damaged needs to be fixed.
