The hinged corners can be used as outer and inner corners, where there are ob-lique-angled corners from 80° to 170°.The hinged corners can also be fixed at 90° and become like the normal inner corners.

Corner formation in two variants – simple and without filling:

Inside: Connection of the inner corners and components by means of clamps. Outside: Multi-purpose component 75/100 cm connection with standard component by means of clamps for corners/column (each according to the wall thickness, see Diagram 1). Inside: Connection of the inner corners and components by means of clamps. Outside: Standard components connection by means of outer corner clamps (each according to the wall thickness, see Diagram 2).

1) Interne: en positionnant l‘élément à angle fixe. Externe: élément universel de 75 ou 100 cm, bloqué avec un étau angle/poteau et papillon à un deuxième élément de dimensions adéquates pour l´épaisseur paroi (voir graphique 1).

2) Interne: en positionnant l‘élément à angle fixe Externe: élément standard, de dimensions adéquates, reliés entre eux par l´étau à angle interne (voir graphique 2).

The stripping corner is specially made for shafts. Without dismantling it facilitates stripping the square or rectangular elevator shaft on and off .The stripping corner is joined by rotation with the key of around 2 cm per page and this facilitates the stripping of the complete inner formwork. After the cleaning, the formwork is immediately ready for use.

La partie interne des cages carrées ou rectangulaires répétitives, ne devra plus être démontée. En effet, en un tour de clé, l´angle de décoffrage se réduit de 2 cm par côté et permet le levage de la composition.Une fois nettoyée, cette dernière sera prête pour un nouveau cycle de coffrage et de coulage.

ENFORMWORK FOR RECEPTACLE

With the formwork holder, all current measurements of holders can be stripped quickly and efficiently. Four conical corners to-gether with 4 formwork panels to measure facilitate different di-mensions up to a maximum height of 150 cm.Through the conical form of the box-out shutter this can be completely stripped off through simply lifiting with a crane or another lifting tool.

The socle holder is used for the connection of the MAXIM outer formwork which allows the variable corner connection shells up to a height of 100 cm.

The inner formwork in the 4 crane lugs lifts (stripping off recommended after approx. 12 hours).Open the screws by manually stripping off and removing individual parts.

FR COFFRAGE POUR PLINTHES/FOSSES

Les éléments du système MAXIM permettent de composer de façon rapide et donc économique, des coffrages pour toutes les fosses de dimensions les plus communes. Quatre angles à cône, unis à 4 panneaux de bois sur mesure, permettent la réalisation de compositions pour fosses de 150 cm maximum de hauteur. Les angles, de forme conique, peuvent facilement être décoffrés à l´aide d´un moyen de levage commun ou, être démontés et soulevés même à la main.

L´étau pour plinthes permet la connexion des éléments MAXIM et permet de réaliser des compositions de coffrage carrées ou rectangulaires jusqu´à 100 cm de hauteur.

Pour retirer le verre complet, tirer avec 4 crochets, décoffrage conseillé après 12 heures. En absence d´un moyen de levage, on peut ouvrir les 4 vis de fixation et retirer chacune des pièces.

FORMWORK FOR RETAINING WALLS

Oblique formwork panel

Retaining walls can also be stripped with the MAXIM formwork system. The anchor hole in the outer profile enables the anchor to slope for a height of only 30 cm per metre high. Everything is stripped without filler or other special accessories.

The use of the boards under the wing nut facilitates the regular distribution of the pressure load.

COFFRAGE POUR MUR RETENUE

Les éléments du système MAXIM permettent de réaliser des compositions pour les murs retenués et les parois inclinées jusqu´à 30 cm pour chaque mètre de hauteur égal à 16,7°, sans besoin de compensations en bois entre les éléments ou autres accessoires particuliers.L’utilisation de la plaque de répartition sous le papillon permet une distribution uniforme de la charge.

The MAXIM frame formwork also enables the manufacturing of poligonal walls (polygon) with the advantageous special profile.

For small radius small components are used (e.g. radius 2 m with a component width of 50 cm).

Le châssis au profil de bord particulier, ainsi que de simples accessoires d´équipement permettent la réalisation de parois circulaires et curvilignes (polygonales).

La courbe générée est déterminée par la largeur de l‘élément utilisé (100-75-60-50 cm), qui permet au système MAXIM d´être utilisé même en présence de très petits rayons (2 m).

The MAXIM formwork system which can be joined with all climbing systems, always enables the ideal solution for special projects. With this building project the damaged columns of the viaducts were boarded with the MAXIM formwork system together with the mast climbing working platform, in a simple way.
