  • ABOUT YOUR SPEAKERS Sharon Molinari RN, HCS-D, HCS-O, a home health veteran and consultant, is an approved Board of Medical Specialty Coding (BMSC) educator. She has earned credentials as Homecare Coding Specialist – Diagnosis (HCS-D) and Homecare Clinical Specialist for OASIS (HCS-O). Sharon is a member of the BMSC Home Care Advisory Board and author of the Study Guide for HCS-D Certification Examinations. She is also a contributor to various home care publications and authors’ continuing education programs for healthcare professionals.

    Arlene Maxim, RN is the founder and owner of A.D. Maxim & Associates, LLC, A.D. Maxim Seminars, LLC. Arlene has been in home care since 1979 and has been a home health care consultant since 1986. She has served in various capacities from home care administrator to home care agency owner to home care consultant. She has designed and implemented management and educational programs for non-profit, hospital based, and for-profit certified home care agencies.
