 Risk  Assessment  and  Risk  Management

Risk  Assessment  The  principle  of  risk  assessment  is  to  consider;  • practical  detail  of  each  project  • things  that  can  go  wrong  in  the  project  • likelihood  of  these  things  going  wrong  • impact  of  these  things  going  wrong    Once  this  is  completed;  • All  Set  can  identify  measures  to  reduce  risk  • All  Set  has  a  procedure  in  place  if  things  go  wrong  • All  Set  has  allocated  roles  to  monitor  and  manage  child  protection    The  following  Risk  Management  Plan  is  in  place  for  the  All  Set  Project        Risks                  Probability                      Impact                    Actions  to  reduce                    Date        Name                                                H/L                                          M/S                              probability  and  /                                                                                                                                                      Or  impact    1.  ________________________________________________________________    2.    ________________________________________________________________    3.

Responding  to  possible  abuse  and  to  disclosure,  All  Set  personnel  will  follow  guidelines  within  the  Child  Protection  Policy  in  place.

The  Board  of  Trustees  recommend  that  All  Set  personnel  consider  all  risks  and  involve  the  project  stakeholders  concerned  as  much  as  possible  in  risk  assessment.  It  advises  that  risk  assessment  and  risk  management  should  be  undertaken  for  each  project.  Early  identification  of  risks  reduces  the  likelihood  of  the  risk  becoming  a  reality.
