Terms & Conditions 1. I shall not indulge in malpractice or take recourse to unfair means during the entire course of the
Placement Session.
2. I shall not indulge in impersonation i.e. neither shall I sit for placements on someone else's behalf nor shall
I allow anyone to do so on my behalf.
3. I shall not directly interact with the company representatives without the consent of placement committee.
4. I am fully and solemnly responsible for all the information I am providing and I have my parent’s consent in doing
so. 5. I will abide by the rules and regulations already established by the placement committee, also by the changes
made in them at any time during the placement session, irrespective of the fact that I've been placed or not. 6. I will attend the Pre Placement Talks of the company I have registered for and will come for such presentations in
Formal Wear failing which placement committee holds the right to take *disciplinary action against me. 7. If selected in the initial part of the recruitment process, I shall appear for the further rounds as well failing which
any *disciplinary action can be taken against me.

9. I fully understand that misbehavior with company representatives during G.D/Interview or otherwise is not
acceptable. If found doing so, *disciplinary action can be taken against me. 10. After completion of my degree, I will join the company (in which I am selected) if and only if I satisfy the eligibility
criteria of that company after my 8th
Semester results failing which company holds the right to decide on my job offers and training and placement cell will not hold any responsibilities for the same.
11. Before the completion of my degree I will inform the Placement Committee about the company I am joining,
failing which Placement Committee holds the right to take *appropriate action against me.
12. Placement Committee is authorized to verify all the data and Resume provided by me at any point of time
throughout the placement session. If found wrong, placement committee is authorized to take *disciplinary action
against me as.
* Any type of action involves: 1. Cancellation of 1 or more existing offers. 2. Temporary ban from as many companies as found suitable by the committee. 3. Debarment from a particular category. 4. Debarment from placement session altogether.
