• A newly formed organization that evolved from theInternational Baccalaureate (IB) Booster Club
o Over the past few years the club’s support morphed beyond theIB program alone – supporting various academic clubs,programs and school needs
o The expanded scope of the booster club prompted a boardmotion to align its name and formally expand its charter
• ABCs overall goal is focused on academic success
Who is the Academic Booster Club?

• Provide financial support to clubs such as Students in Action and Speech & Debate
• Grant Scholarships*
• Provide food for students during Exams (AP and IB)
• Provide transport wheel chair for school Nurse
• Support IB Pins & IB Graduation Dinner
• Meet with principal and IB Coordinator monthly
• Fundraise
* 2019 – 2020 Scholarship Application Program expanded to all graduating seniors maintaining a defined grade point average and academic / honor code criteria
