THE NEW COCOdirect
In order to use COCOdirect either online or via the mobile app, girls must first create a user account on COCO. To do so, visit www.abcsmartcookies.comand select COCO. Select the Registration option at the bottom of the login screen to create a username and password.
STEP ONE: GIRL REGISTRATION ON COCO
Girls can edit their first and last name, Troop number, COCO password, and change their profile picture within the Edit Profile section of COCO online.
COCO ONLINE MARKETING
Girls click on the “Online Marketing” tab of their COCO dashboard view to manage eCards. Each season, several eCards are available for girls to send. Only one will send consumers to the COCOdirect site for orders and the eCard will specifically state COCOdirect

One eCard within Online Marketing will be designated for COCOdirect consumer sales.
COCO ONLINE MARKETING ECARD
Consumer receives eCard and is directed to the ordering website. Consumer clicks on ORDER COOKIES button to get started with their online purchase.

If girls have not created a COCO account online and wish to do so using their COCOmobile app, simply select the Register button from their COCOmobile login screen on their Smart Phone

Girls will be taken to a registration page, through their Smart Phone web browser,
to complete their COCO online registration
Once registration is complete and the username and password is provided,
girls should EXIT the web browser and return to their COCOmobile app to
continue with the COCOdirect ordering process

Girls can then login using their new username and password on
their COCOmobile app

Once logged in, Girls will see
COCOdirect as a selection on
their main menu. Girls can select the COCOdirect menu option and begin capturing orders for their customers
Effective for the 2014-15 cookie season, COCOmobile is also be available for Android devices and can be downloaded from Google Play.

Girls can enter the customer orders using the COCOdirect mobile order card
The checkout process is very easy for girls to navigate after entering the customer’s COCOdirect order on COCOmobile
Similar to the COCOdirect online shopping experience for consumers, orders can be shipped to alternate addresses and include a gift message

Girls can sign up for weekly emails by entering their email address within the COCOdirect order screen on COCOmobile

Through COCO Online Marketing, Girls can see order statuses for eCards and mobile orders

Orders captured using your COCOdirect menu option in the COCOmobile app will reflect in your Mobile Orders Category
Orders received as a result of sending Online Marketing eCards via the COCO website will reflect in your eCard Orders Category
Orders received as a result of sending COCOmobile eCards will reflect in your eCard Orders Category

Also, Girls who enter their email address during COCOdirect order taking on COCOmobile will receive weekly sales reports of COCOdirect order activity
