Welcome to part 2 of our ‘Around The World In 80

Drinks’ menu.

The menu is divided by continent, featuring 3 drinks

based on ingredients from 3 different countries within

the continent, and finally 2 sharing cocktails which

combine ingredients from around the world.

The drinks have been carefully designed by our team

over a 3 month process and you can expect to find

exciting and unusual flavour combinations made

using interesting techniques. As always classic

cocktails are available on request so please do not

hesitate to ask.

ingredients that are not listed. A lot of our ingredients

are homemade in an environment that may contain

nuts, dairy, eggs, sesame and other potential
