life passages and holidays for centuries. While new cocktails are created daily, seldom do we see any that last longer than a few months, most fading into the background

to make way for the next fad or fashion.

At La Plage du Martinez, our Mixologist team has resurrected the oldest culture of the “Summer Classic Cocktails”

to keep the bright and vibrant summer vibe alive with a brand-new cocktail menu with a retro-twist.

The best cocktail is made with the right mix of ingredients,

and we know our new menu highlights libations that will impart a genuinely mouth-watering, taste bud-tantalizing experience.
