• Cocktail Courier Competitions (CCCs) are a series of individual cocktail competitions for bartenders, executed monthly in all markets where Cocktail Courier is available for sale.

• Each competition, hosted by ShakeStir.com, offers specific parameters that contestants must follow for that month’s entry.

• Monthly winners are selected by a group comprised of ShakeStir and local judges. In addition to being featured on Cocktail Courier and all print recipe cards, each winning bartender receives a “royalty” for each box sold on Cocktail Courier.

• Cocktail Courier seeks individual brand sponsors for each CCC. o All sponsor brand(s) featured in minimum four (4) email blasts to local ShakeStir

community members o Featured brand(s) included in social media posts by ShakeStir team

(ShakeStir.com/FB/Twitter/Instagram)o Featured brand(s) carry high likelihood of CocktailCourier.com inclusion as two

o Trade: monthly cocktail lists appearing on Cocktail Courier are sourced by challenging local ShakeStir bartenders to create their best cocktails incorporating mandated ingredient(s); recipes and photos posted across all ShakeStir social channels (over 30k trade followers)

o Consumer: links to brand pages on CocktailCourier.com, product spec cards included in each CC box, follow-up invitations to existing customers to purchase full sized bottles after purchase, endorsements by high profile bartenders from the best bars and restaurants; recipes and photos posted across all ShakeStir social channels (over 30k trade followers)

• ShakeStir LLC owns two separate and distinct web properties which operate their own businesses: www.ShakeStir.com and www.CocktailCourier.com

• ShakeStir.com is an exclusively trade facing platform that conducts marketing and promotional activities at/towards the trade.

• Unlike ShakeStir.com, CocktailCourier.com is an exclusively consumer facing platform.

• Cocktail Courier enters into marketing and fulfillment contracts with licensed retailers to fulfill liquor orders.

• Cocktail Courier does not pay, directly or indirectly, funds to any retailers.

• ShakeStir LLC has retained experienced beverage alcohol counsel since inception to advise on its business practices and maintains all appropriate permits and licenses to conduct business.

• Marketing and promotional activities on ShakeStir.com do not guarantee inclusion in Cocktail Courier winning recipes to be available for sale on CocktailCourier.com.

TEAM

• Scott Goldman: Co-founder, background in bartending, co-founder of successful spirits brand and portfolio, in spirits industry since 2007. Graduate of Middlebury College (VT).

• Curt Goldman: Co-founder, formal training in finance and law (Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse, Northwestern University JD-MBA, Shearman & Sterling LLP), co-founder (with Scott) of successful spirits brand and portfolio, in spirits industry since 2007. Graduate of Middlebury College (VT).

• Andy Seymour: Over twenty years experience in the bar, restaurant and hospitality industry, emerging as one of the leading educators and consultants on all matters of beverage. His company, Liquid Productions, is devoted to the understanding of today’s cocktail culture, to developing education and beverage programs, and to creating events that bring that culture to an even greater audience.

• Tad Carducci and Paul Tanguay: Lifelong bartenders, award-winning mixologists and writers with over 45 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as partners in Tippling Bros., a NY- based beverage consultancy with engagements at regional and national accounts across the country.

• Sean Kenyon: Third-generation bartender with over three decades of industry experience around the world. A winner of multiple competitions including 2013 NCB “Bartender of the Year”, Sean has also worked in bars throughout the country, namely in New Jersey, Texas and Colorado.
