What is CobraFIT? IT’S an exercise routine based upon a High Intensity Interval ResistanceTraining system that caters for all levels of itness and strength.A single session burns approximately 1,000 calories per 60 minute session. Afterburn is a beneicial part of CobraFIT workouts plus a shake helps you burn calories for up to 30 hours later.Other workout regimes cannot claim this! But CobraFIT is more than just a workout.It’s all about the right workout in combination with the right nutrition to get you into the best shape of your life. Each CobraFIT client goes through a personalised body analysis so that the team can assess the correct protein levels, hydration and other key factors that will help to boost your metabolism and trend you towards lean muscle. They are currently focused on a major roll out campaign of CobraFIT across the UK. Expansion means it needs more coaches. If you want to get into the best shape of your life but don’t have much time and hate working out alone, then CobraFIT is for you:A (H.I.I.R.T) system designed to give you an all over body workout with particular emphasis on strengthening your core. The irst class is free so you can see whether CobraFIT is for you.After your irst lesson, each session will be charged at £2.50 on a pay per month basis (£30). A post-workout protein shake is free in with this price, with no contract or commitment.Drinks can be purchased from Pembrokeshire Cobra itness as per the menu. If you would like the sports rebuild 24 (professional shake) this would cost £2 extra. The centre is at the Pembrokeshire Community Hub. The aim of The Community Hub, at the Riverside Market, Haverfordwest,is to promote and support a healthy active lifestyle in the local community. Have a healthy breakfast or healthy lunch at the Hub where nutritional advice is provided too. You can also book in for a FreeWellness Proile which provides invaluable information such as how old your current lifestyle is aging you.
