GENERAL INFORMATION Administration Office Hours - 8.30am - 3.30pm School commences at 8.55am—School finishes at 3.05pm Students are not supervised before 8.30am Principals Report So we are finally back to almost normal. It is fabulous to once again have a school filled with the smiling faces and voices of hundreds of students. Across the school spirits are high. Our focus is settling students back into routine, re-establishing positive relationships and preparing for reports. There are some aspects of school life which will not return to completely normal process for some time yet. Assemblies will not run for the remainder of the term, only essential personnel are to enter school site, fixed equipment will remain closed, con- tact sport cannot run and the canteen will not reopen yet. We will continue with our hygiene protocols with all students, staff and essential personnel entering the site using hand sanitis- er before entering, washing of hands continually throughout the day, extra cleaning across the school. We will continue to pro- vide drinking water to students to fill their drink bottles. Uniforms can be ordered via a phone call to the school or call into the Admin. office to complete an order form. Reports this semester will not be the A-E style many of you are familiar with. We have chosen one of the report templates pro- vided to all schools by state office. Reports will contain a comment on English and Mathematics, as well as a general comment and will include comment on work completed at home and returned for marking. If no work was completed at home, or if it was but not returned for marking, the report comments will reflect this. We offer our community a huge thank you for your support over the last couple of months. The positive messages, presents, photos and videos, and particularly the chocolates, which were provided to staff kept our spirits up and let us know that you all appreciated the work being done. Staff, parents, visitors and students are actively discouraged from bringing nuts and nut based products onto the Cobar Public School site. Please keep this in mind when packing recess and lunch for your children. Thank you.     Principal’s Report

    CPS would like to inform you that Gold, Copper & Zinc Assemblies have been postponed until further notice. CPS will advise you when the assemblies will start again.
