Planning for STNA Use

Convene a team responsible for evaluation and technology planning in your school

Determine how STNA can address technology-related questions

Select a STNA manager for each school

Develop a method to track who has (and has not) completed STNA

Determine how and when respondents will complete the STNA

Communicate the purpose of STNA with school staff

Initializing the Online STNA Instrument

• Collaborate with Danny Stanhope and provide:1. Names of each school participating in STNA2. Dates to open and close the STNA online survey3. Approximate number of staff expected to complete STNA

• You will receive an individualized survey link for each school and additional instructions

Implement the plan to ensure a high response rateHave someone with technology skills available for

supportFollow up with slow respondents, guiding them
