Cobalt warrantyLIFETIME FIRE GUARANTEECobalt Safes backs all our fireproof safes with lifetime warranty against fire. Cobalt Safes will replace any Cobaltfireproof safe that has been damaged in a fire with the same or a comparable model to include all freight coststo the original address of purchase. Customers will be required to supply all requested documents to an author-ized Cobalt Safe representative prior to replacement. Contact a Cobalt Safes representative at (888) 535-2545for additional information or restrictions.

LIMITED WARRANTYCobalt Safes warranties all parts and labor, excluding all digital components, on all safes purchased for a period of one year from date of purchase against any manufacture defects. We provide an extended four-yearwarranty on all replacement parts. Extended warranty excludes all digital components. Replacement of safewith the same or a comparable model during the extended four-year warranty will be subject to charges basedon a pro-rated analysis. All digital components will only be warranted for a period of 90 days from date of pur-chase. Only digital components that are factory installed or installed by a Cobalt technician prior to shipmentwill be covered under this 90-day warranty. Cobalt Safes will not warranty any digital component installed onsafes that are installed within the floor. This warranty does not cover any damages caused by mishandling,neglect, water, tampering, improper installation, removal and/or re-installation of the safe. Cobalt Safes mustbe notified within a period of 7 days of the receipt of any safe damaged during shipping in order to uphold thewarranty and/or damage claims. Warranties on damage claims will only be accepted if the customer has prop-erly executed the outlined Damage and Delivery Policy and Procedures. Re-setting of any combination on aGroup II combination dial lock must be performed by a qualified locksmith otherwise the warranty will becomevoid. This warranty is valid for the original customer of purchase and is non-transferable. At no time will thewarranty cover more than the original purchase price of the safe. At no time will Cobalt Safes become liable forthe cost of installation and/or removal of any Cobalt Safe or any contents or valuables that may be stored in anyCobalt Safe.

Cobalt Safes’ sole discretion under this warranty, is at Cobalt Safes’ own option and own expense. CobaltSafes will repair the defective safe or part, will deliver to the customer the same or comparable safe or part forreplacement of the defective part, or if neither of the two foregoing options is reasonably available, Cobalt Safesmay, at its own discretion, refund to the customer the original purchase price paid for the defective safe. Allsafes or parts that are replaced or refunded will become the sole property of Cobalt Safes.

An authorized Cobalt Safes representative must approve all claims against Cobalt Safes. All repairs must beapproved by a Cobalt Safe Representative before any warranty repairs can be completed. If a warranty repair iscompleted prior to obtaining an approval from Cobalt Safes, Cobalt Safes reserves the right to refuse payment tothe service provider or reimbursement to the customer for any unauthorized repairs.

Delivery & DamagedSHIPPING & DELIVERYAll safe orders weighing 85 lbs or more are shipped via LTL Freight Carriers. The freight carrier provides eitherdock or curbside delivery based upon delivery location. Curbside delivery is defined as delivery of the freight asclose to the actual delivery address as possible. Please remember the size of the tractor trailer and certainsafety precautions may prevent the freight carrier from delivering the freight at the actual curb or deliveryaddress. Lift-gate service is available at no additional charge and it is the sole responsibility of the customer tocoordinate inside delivery of the freight with the trucking company, sub-contractors, and/or themselves. Thefreight carrier is not responsible for the inside delivery of any freight and inside delivery is not a service thatCobalt Safes offers.

Cobalt Safes utilizes the services of UPS Parcel on all safe orders weighing 85 lbs or less. All safes areshipped via UPS Ground for cost effectiveness. Safe shipment can be upgraded to Next Day or 2nd Day Air percustomer’s request and at cost to the customer, if available.

Any address corrections, re-consignments, or storage issues due to freight being undeliverable will not bethe responsibility of Cobalt Safes and may result in additional fees. The customer will be contacted and advisedof any additional fees prior to Cobalt Safes providing the freight carrier with any written or verbal authorizationsregarding any changes in the shipment. Upon contact, it will be the responsibility of the customer to find a resolution to the issues in a timely manner. Cobalt Safes reserves the right to authorize the return of any freightfound undeliverable where the customer, after repeated attempts, is found to be unavailable for contact.Customer will be charged for all freight to and from the point of delivery regardless if the buyer was eligible forfree shipping in all instances where freight is determined to be undeliverable and is returned to any CobaltSafes warehouse. Freight that is returned because it is deemed undeliverable will be subject to a 15% restock-ing fee.

INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE PROCESSIn a timely manner all LTL Freight deliveries must be inspected for damage at time of delivery. All packagingshould be inspected for any noticeable signs of damage to include tears, indentions, and friction marks to thepackaging. All freight shipped by Cobalt Safes is shipped in an upright manner and is never wrapped in plastic.Any signs of damage to the packaging, freight not being delivered upright, and/or freight wrapped in plastic arejustified reasons for the customer to require further inspection of the actual freight itself. All damaged freightmust be refused at time of delivery. If the damage is minimal and acceptable to the consignee, they will berequired to make note of the damage on the delivery receipt at time of delivery prior to signing the deliveryreceipt. Under no circumstances shall the consignee discard the pallet or packaging material until the safe hasbeen determined to be in good working condition and/or all claim issues have been resolved. When the deliveryreceipt is signed by the consignee without any notes of exception to the damage it clearly states that the freighthas been received by the consignee in good condition. Failure to follow the procedures above will remove allliability of damage from Cobalt Safes and require the consignee to file any claims against the carrier themselves.

For all parcel shipments, the customer must notify Cobalt Safes of any damages within 24 hours of receipt.Customer will also be required to provide Cobalt Safes with a brief description of the damage. If the customerdeclines to keep the damaged safe, it will be the customer’s responsibility to repackage and hold the safe until a claim can be submitted and UPS Parcel can retrieve the damage safe, this process can take approximately 10 - 14 business days.

RETURNSSafes can be returned for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be approved by anauthorized Cobalt Safes representative and returned with a required return authorization number. Safes mustbe returned in the original packaging and must be received in an approved Cobalt Safes warehouse undamagedand unused within 7 days of the issuance of the return authorization number. All freight charges are non-refundable. All safe returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition, if the returned safe is received byCobalt Safes damaged it may be subject to additional fees. These fees will be determined by an authorizedCobalt Safes representative and will be prorate according to the extent of damage. Customers will be chargedfor freight to and from the point of delivery regardless if the buyer was eligible for free shipping. All freightcharges will either be prepaid by the customer directly to the carriers or will be deducted from the safe refund.Credits will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of any/all returned safe(s).

Diamond back warrantyLIFETIME FIRE AND BURGLARY GUARANTEEAll Diamond Back Gun Safes are backed by a lifetime warranty against fire and burglary. Diamond Back Safeswill replace any Diamond Back Gun Safe that has been burned in a fire, damaged during a break-in or anattempted break-in with the same or a comparable model to include all freight costs to the original address ofpurchase. Customers will be required to supply all requested documents to an authorized Diamond Back repre-sentative prior to replacement. Contact a Diamond Back representative at (888) 535-2545 for additional infor-mation or restrictions.

LIMITED WARRANTYDiamond Back Safes warranties all parts and labor, excluding all digital components, on all Diamond Back Safespurchased for a period of one year from date of purchase against any manufacture defects. All digital compo-nents will only be warranted for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Only digital components that arefactory installed or installed by a Diamond Back technician prior to shipment will be covered under this 90 daywarranty. Diamond Back Safes must be notified within a period of 7 days of the receipt of any safe damagedduring shipping in order to uphold the warranty and/or damage claims. Warranties on damage claims will onlybe accepted if the customer has properly executed the outlined Damage and Delivery Policy and Procedures.Re-setting of any Group II combination dial must be performed by a qualified locksmith otherwise this warrantywill become void.

LIFETIME FIRE AND BURGLARY GUARANTEE & ONE YEAR WARRANTY INCLUSIONSDiamond Back Safe reserves the right to make the final judgment on all warranty issues due to the many variables of circumstances that may arise during the damage of a safe to include the right to refund the originalpurchase price of the safe to resolve a conflict. At no time will Diamond Back Safes be liable for the cost ofinstallation and/or removal of any Diamond Back Safe. This warranty does not cover any damage due to neglect, water damage, tampering, mishandling, abuse, improper installation, removal and/or reinstallation ofsafe. All warranty issues must be approved by a Diamond Back Safe representative before any warranty repairscan be completed. If a warranty repair is completed prior to obtaining an approval from Diamond Back Safes,Diamond Back Safes reserves the right to refuse payment to the service provider or reimbursement to the customer. LIMITED WARRANTYPrivate Label Safes warranties all parts and labor, excluding all digital components, on all Private Label Safespurchased for a period of one year from date of purchase against any manufacture defects. All digital compo-nents will only be warranted for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Only digital components that arefactory installed or installed by a Private Label technician prior to shipment will be covered under this 90 daywarranty. Private Label Safes must be notified within a period of 7 days of the receipt of any safe damaged dur-ing shipping in order to uphold the warranty and/or damage claims. Warranties on damage claims will only beaccepted if the customer has properly executed the outlined Damage and Delivery Policy and Procedures. Re-setting of any Group II combination dial must be performed by a qualified locksmith otherwise this warrantywill become void.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY INCLUSIONSPrivate Label Safes reserves the right to make the final judgment on all warranty issues due to the many vari-ables of circumstances that may arise during the damage of a safe to include the right to refund the originalpurchase price of the safe to resolve a conflict. At no time will Private Label Safes be liable for the cost of instal-lation and/or removal of any Private Label Safe. This warranty does not cover any damage due to neglect, waterdamage, tampering, mishandling, abuse, improper installation, removal and/or reinstallation of safe. All war-ranty issues must be approved by a Private Label Safe representative before any warranty repairs can be com-pleted. If a warranty repair is completed prior to obtaining an approval from Private Label Safes, Private LabelSafes reserves the right to refuse payment to the service provider or reimbursement to the customer. At no timewill this warranty cover more than the original purchase price of the safe. Private Label Safes is not responsiblefor any contents or valuables that may be stored in the safe at the time damage occurs.
