parking lot and one (1) leasehold parking lot. The properties are located in the Ballpark neighborhood/East Village, Mission

Beach and Pacific Beach. The four buildings are fully fixturized restaurant operations with a high level of improvements and

are well positioned for future success. Additionally, Saska’s and The Patio on Lamont have a long history operating at those

locations. Both locations include extremely valuable, beach area, Type 47 liquor licenses.

Buyers may elect to bid on any individual properties or multiple properties, but need to price each of them individually.
