Course Overview The CoachTrax Business Coaching Course is aimed at building knowledge and understanding of how coaching can support organisations in creating sustainable change and leadership for results. Business needs to achieve results and sustainable growth through strong leadership and a pool of talented people. Coaching is a powerful intervention to enhance performance, embed sustainable change and develop strong and resilient leadership in organisations.

• Provide frameworks for coaching within an organizational context • Understand the key psychological, organizational, systemic & change

theories underpinning coaching • Create understanding of “use of self” as a core concept in coaching • Understand the key concepts and models used in different coaching

approaches: Integral coaching, Neuroleadership (Results), Narrative, Gestalt, and Emotional & Social Intelligence coaching frameworks

• Enhance ability to select and manage coaching panels within organisations

• Develop personal road map for next steps

International Coach Federation (ICF) The ICF is a global organization that exists to build, support and preserve the integrity of the coaching profession. It is dedicated to advancing the art, science and practice of professional coaching. Global membership now exceeds 20,000 and many coaches want to obtain an ICF credential. There are now 10,000 credentialed coaches worldwide. There are three levels of credentialing – ACC (Associate Certified Coach) PCC (Professional Certified Coach and MCC (Master Certified Coach). Coaching training in the course is fully aligned to the ICF, and certificates mapped to the ICF coaching competencies will be provided for participants wishing to continue onto an ICF credentialing application. This course is designed to provide 60 hours, which is the amount of coach specific training hours required to apply for credentialing at the ACC level. In terms of the ICF rules, CoachTrax/Outperformance may only apply to ICF for accreditation in May 2014. However, coaches with the requisite coaching experience and all other requirements such as coaching hours can apply to ICF without waiting for course accreditation. CoachTrax will also ensure that all ICF requirements for accreditation of the course are met: For example, each participant will have five coaching sessions (three with written feedback) by coaches holding an ICF credential.
