ABSTRACT Program results from our lifestyle management, prevention, and risk reduction programs. Outcomes derived from our flagship diabetes prevention program Revive, our metabolic syndrome program My Health Matters, our tobacco cessation program Breathe Easy and our Ignite Your Life program suite that includes our 6-week nutrition, stress reduction and weight loss series. Our Human Perfor-mance programs are based on classical and emerging behavior change models and techniques. Program development incorporates Prochaska’s Transtheoretical Model of Change and Natioanl Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accredited assessment predictors of self-acceptance, resilience, optimism and positive living. Techniques used in health promotion and disease prevention programs include: Prochaska (TTM), motivational interviewing, intrinsic coaching, positive psychology and strengths-based theory.
