Mr. Nguyen Van Thinh, the founder and managing partner of CNC has the talented ability to law practice. Hebegan working in the legal service before he graduated the Ho Chi Minh City University of Laws in 2005 andnow he has gained more than 10 years of experience as practicing legal processional. His knowledge in thisfield of law is supplemented by the master of laws program which enable him to connect legal and economicknowledge in a way that is highly satisfactory to the needs of clients.

In addition, he supported small and medium companies in restructuring, business reorganizing in line with thecompanies’ orientation and strength, and the in-depth training of senior personnel of the company to helpsimproving contract negotiation skills.

Ms. Anh graduated with a degree in commercial law in 2010 at HCMC University of Law, and has successfullycompleted lawyer training program at the Judicial Academy of HCMC, and presently is lawyer of Ho Chi MinhBar Associate.

Before joining CNC in 2013, Ms. Anh practiced laws at Viet Long Thang (VLT lawyers) for five years, andpreviously worked as legal counsel at Vietsun Laws. Ms. Anh is well qualified to provide legal advice on avariety of range, including corporate and M&A, investment activities, labour, and contracts.

Ms. Anh has the capacity to well balance legal and commercial requirements in a way that highly satisfactoryto her clients needs.

Nguyen Huu Hung is a high-energy, detail-oriented lawyer in legal service for project development. He is well-recognized nationwide leader in project legal sector, with more than five years experiences in reputableproject developers in Vietnam.

Mr. Hung well obtained bachelor of law, commercial law at HCMC University of laws in 2009. Co-lead counsel in two landmark infrastructure arbitration cases in Hong Kong with a lawsuit of USD500 million at stake (ICC rules).

Co-counsel to Management Authority for Urban Railways (MAUR) for Metro line 2 (Ben Thanh –Tham Luong) with the total estimated project cost of USD1,2billion.

Advised Hoa Binh on a major USD Saigon Center project, Phase 2 & 3, located in the heart of HoChi Minh Business Central District. The estimate for the two packages is USD 1 billion.

Advised Hoa Binh on Vietinbank Tower, located in Cipucha, Ha Noi, Vietnam with the contractestimated value of USD 120 million.

Advised and successfully represented a renowned USA investor in a tax dispute with VietnamCustoms Authority, replying on the new commitment by the Vietnamese government to WTO rules.

Advised a subsidiary to Ben Thanh Group on an assignment of a Master Lease Agreement for thewhole building in Vung Tau City, Vietnam with hundred million USD contract value.
