head stoCK Adopt the spindle which has high speed, high rigidity and high precision density, the head stock is processed by FC-30 casting, with wide base, to reduce the center of gravity of the machine, and increase the rigidity of the machine.

Each linear guideway uses the quenched steel linear guideway, which is preloaded to achieve the zero clearance and the full load capacity in each direction. XZ axis precision linear roller guideway (35mm).

30 degree saddle structure designing, able to withstand heavy cutting, and easy for operators to up and down workpiece and smooth chip removal.

high preCisioN C3 ball sCrew
The back clearance free, low noise and steady temperature rising control high- precision ball screw is used and is parallel to the guide rail through the precision measurement. The preloaded precision nut eliminates the back clearance.
prograMMable tailstoCK
Lathe tailstock ontology for high rigidity structure cast iron casting and the tailstock slide directly in the base orbit, provide the tailstock large enough to support intensity, high precision Morse taper pull center, can offer unparalleled high rigidity. The tailstock can be driven on the track by the bed saddle by the connecting shaft. The expansion of the connecting shaft and the loose clamp of the tail seat can be realized by programming.
