CN Drawing Services Limited is devoted family run company. We have circa 35

years’ collective experience within the construction industry and enjoy what we do.

We work with the latest AutoCAD, Fabrication and Navis software which produces

drawings to the highest of standards.

With a strong client-focused approach our aim is to build solid and long-lasting

relationships which help to think and evaluate projects through their eyes.

We operate an open and honest policy both internally and with our clients. This

Prefabricated Building Service Modules

Manufacturing plant rooms and other building service Modules off

site offers a wide range of benefits which are increasing all the time.

For example when creating a plantroom for a customer, CN Drawing

Services draw on a large library of computerised 3D graphic models

of pumps, chillers, boilers and other system components from a

number of manufacturers. This enables accurately-scaled graphics

of components to be manipulated and ‘connected’ on screen to

create a simulation. As a result, it is much easier to explore value-

engineering opportunities, such as ways of reducing pipework,

streamlining assembly or incorporation of the latest HVAC

technology for improved lifecycle costing’s. All parties involved in the

project have the advantage of being able to ‘walk-through’ the

plantroom if required with the help of the on-screen simulation.

Architectural

CN Drawing Services have built up an extensive portfolio of

residential projects ranging from simple porch extensions through to

full loft conversions and complete house re-design.

Commercially we have worked alongside the Co-operative Group

carrying out site surveys of existing buildings and potential new

stores. We then proceed to generate structural and architectural

drawings to submit for planning and building regulations approval.

Once the first stages have been processed, we then work closely

with the building services consultant to manage the plant

applications for refrigeration and air conditioning.
