Room Types To view all room types, open the chevron. This will display a full list of all room types for

this listing. Click in the cell to edit the room type code and description.

Tags that have been currently selected for specified photo.

To view and edit Tags, click +Edit… below Tags or open Tags Tab. Either will

take you to the Tag Selection screen.

Quality Score - Criteria

The system provides Quality Scores for each listing and for each photo

The 0-100 scoring is determined by the 4 factors outlined in the table below

Property ScoreExpand the Quality Score chevron to reveal the score breakdown for each

category. This is the overall score for the property.

Asset ScoreScore for selected photos shown with

corresponding color and number. These scores all together comprise the property score.

Image DistributionThe same way you can restrict distribution access on the

property level, you can also do so on the image level. This allows you to send different content to different channels, if necessary.

This feature can be removed if necessary.

Select the dropdown next to Distribution to view the

different distribution options for each image.

Approving Asset(s)A feature in ICE is the approval section that lets you approve or reject each image. This feature provides you with more control, because you will select individually which image goes to a distributor. It will also provide you with a history of who approved or rejected it, by giving you the status of the image, the date it happened, and who changed it.

Approving Asset(s)By clicking “Change”, you will expand the options to Approve or Reject each asset, as well as view the current status.

Rejecting Asset(s)To reject an asset, you can either Discard Changes, which will cancel all changes submitted and revert the property back to the previously saved version OR you can send back to the editor further changes.

If you send the listing back to the editor for further changes, you must provide feedback as to why the images were rejected.

Rejecting Asset(s)

If you choose to reject the asset for distribution, you can also set an expiration date for it to be removed completely from the database.

Show ChangesTo view all currently pending additions made to the listing since the last save point, select

“Show Changes” by scrolling over the Assets section on the blue ribbon. Changes are indicated with a pink asterix.

Rating - Asset(s)

Users can rate every asset from 0-5 stars, by clicking on the star

Star Ratings allows Digital Asset Library (DAL) users to filter/find highly rated images, and for CMS users to identify the “best” image within a group (category, room type, etc.)
