TELECT’S CABLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Description

Telect’s Cable Management Systems, WaveTrax, is comprised of five sizesof complete cable management solutions including articulating channel(CableLinks), Trough, Transitions, Covers and an assortment of bracketingand support solutions.

WaveTrax™

• WaveTrax is a raceway system that combines solid troughs with vari-ous transitions, intersections, drops, reducers, and couplingcomponents to provide high capacity, secure fiber optic cable routingbetween fiber distribution frames and fiber optic terminal equipment.

• The complete WaveTrax system is available in 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 inch(51, 102, 152, 203, and 305 mm) widths. The 2-inch width is availablein a 2-inch (51 mm) height; all other widths are provided in a 4-inch(102 mm) height.

• WaveTrax is designed to physically protect cable and allow for futurereconfiguration through retrofitable components.

• WaveTrax is an open channel system allowing easy access to ensurethat fiber can be installed or removed without violating minimum bendradius. Regardless of which components are used, the WaveTrax sys-tem will provide a minimum bend radius protection of 1.5 inches (38mm).

• Snap-on covers are available in all product sizes. Wider widths arehinged allowing easy access in height-constrained environments.

• The innovative architecture of WaveTrax allows the user to maximizeefficiency by combining solid channels with other joining componentsto provide rapid installation, ease of modification, and a low total costof ownership

• All of the WaveTrax solid channel systems have been designed to beself-supporting up to six-foot bracket intervals

Support Elements (Hardware)

• The Support Elements consist of various forms of brackets and compo-nents that allow attachment and support of WaveTrax cablemanagement components to racks, superstructure ironwork or buildingattachment points
