Pre-tender Support

Through our in-house Structural Engineer and design team, we take a methodical and continuous approach to the identification and evaluation of project objectives.

Value Engineering

All proposals are subject to systematic reviews at every stage of the design process. This continuous analysis ensures that the final design encourages creative thinking, determines best solutions at all times, meets and exceeds the client requirements and ultimately delivers best value for money on all projects.

Through this process, we help deliver the best solution for our clients without ever compromising on the architects’ creative vision.

Construction Design Management

Our Construction Design Management team handles all the professional design, technical manufacturing and installations services that cover the requirements of a detailed and complex project, while adhering to stringent regulations and guidelines.

From preconception planning, specification and design development through product design, structure and state of the art precision manufacturing and installation, CMS works closely with project design teams to offer complete structural reports and detailed drawings for SER certification. A closely controlled practice helps us to deliver a high quality service on every project regardless of size.

For both new build and retrofit projects, our 360º approach offers clients the complete package, with our highly experienced teams delivering impeccable project management throughout all stages.

Our unparalleled technical expertise extends to BIM across all design-led projects.

We ensure building projects benefit from consistent BIM expertise throughout the numerous work stages – negating the risk of unforeseen contract challenges.

By being BIM-ready, we now provide the vital link between designer and product manufacturer by talking the same language and, more importantly, using our experience gained from numerous other building envelope projects to advise on where further design and process efficiencies can be achieved.

Our experience spans multiple sectors and includes some of the UK’s most complex and architecturally challenging new build and retrofit projects.
