• In case more than one candidate has secured same rank in spite of applying the above criteria, the same Rank has

been assigned to all of them but has been displayed by sorting their names alphabetically in the merit list. The Rank

of the subsequent candidate has been shifted by the number of additional students having the same Rank.

• The admission authorities are recommended to use score awarded to the students for further counseling and

allotment of seat in the AICTE approved institutions running management programs along with other criteria as

applicable.

• Instances of incorrect information provided by the candidates, if detected at any stage, would make the candidate

liable for disqualification.

• Any dispute concerning CMAT 2013-14 (Second Test) would be subject to Jurisdiction of the competent courts within

the territorial jurisdiction of New Delhi only.
