THESIS

• We have to be careful where we turn when we need help, because not

everybody’s help is helpful.

POINT 1• Ahaz trusted what he

saw; not what the prophet said—and that is always the challenge and the choice for us.

• All your troubles have a time limit on them.

• The Mighty God who has all power wants to anoint us with supernatural, circumstance-defying, wonder-working power in order to be his witnesses to the real message of Christmas.
