is one of the construction organizations
founded in the Philippines with its primary objective, to design and
build all types of structures at a reasonable cost.

Feasibility, Architectural Interiors, Comprehensive Design,
Engineering & Construction.
The Firm
The beginning of could be easily traced since it all started 2007 when Mr. Ediver Correa together with Ms. Andreanne
Molano (now husband and wife), who worked in separate design and construction firms, decided to put up contracting firm using their
resources – financial & technological skills.
During its first year, operated as a designer –practicing architect for mostly commercial and residential spaces as its specialized fields. Given sufficient time and proactive skilled individuals,
numerous clients came their way, a chance to expand its operation.
Though relatively a short period of existence, manifested a growing & consistently learning through different handled
projects.
Today, has more than 100 workers that includes: foreman, carpenters, painters, laborers, and other skilled men needed
for construction.

Pre-Design Services
Feasibility StudiesThis service provides clients with information regarding multiple issues for a
possible project.
Design Services
Architectural DesignThis service involves the design and creation of the architectural project, and
is consists of multi-step process to create final set of documents to further
allow a project to be constructed.
Conceptual Design PhaseThis begins with the review of existing conditions and ideas
about the project. The general scope and goals are also
being established.
Preliminary Design Phase
During this phase, the chosen conceptual design solution is
refined and addresses more complex construction issues. The
goals of the project are maintained as the design solution
becomes more complex and progresses toward completion.
Final Design Phase
This is the process of creating the final documents that will
be used to construct the project. The goal of this phase is to
document the design solution in detail and produce a set of
documents.
Interior ServicesThe company’s services for interior projects include:

* Complete interior renovations of existing spaces
* Re-Design of existing interior spaces
* Selection of materials and finishes

C&M Partners can provide construction contract
administration.
