discover what CAP is and what tasks Clubs Ambassadors are assigned
observe new student-Ambassador role-play scenarios and review sample Ambassador responses
participate in a Question and Answer session about CAP

Be aware that you are among students from across the country and the world. You are discouraged from sharing personal information such as postal address, e-mail address, or phone number.
This is the Code of Conduct video that all club teachers show to students to begin our LiveLesson sessions.
Students enrolled in Clubs and Activities must also follow this Code of Conduct when participating in Special Events, clubs contests, and on all clubs Message Boards.
What is CAP?A Clubs Ambassador is a returning student to Clubs and Activities who wants to help new
students.
Clubs Ambassadors are familiar with clubs LiveLesson sessions, clubs Message Boards, special events, and contests hosted by Clubs
and Activities.
We have high expectations for students who will be Clubs Ambassadors!
What do Clubs Ambassadors do? reply to new students’ questions on clubs
Message Boards politely and promptly
read Clubs and Activities informational documents (Clubs At-a-Glance, detailed summaries)
help students find clubs documents on the Virtual Library
identify a serious or complex situation or issue to send directly to your club teacher for assistance

1 Go to the Clubs and Activities area of the Virtual Library to find information.

2Read the E-News that is sent to your WebMail box every Monday.
Look for other WebMail messages sent by the club coordinator for more information.
3Use the Clubs Ambassadors Resources topic and threads to read posts from other ambassadors OR post a question for other ambassadors to help you.

If a serious situation occurs, contact your club teacher immediately.

Visit the Clubs and Activities section of the Virtual Library to find information about all of the clubs we offer, our Special Events, and contests, and the rules video – in case you need to watch it again!
Next steps:
Send a WebMail message to the club coordinator of the club in which you want to be an ambassador. You must be enrolled in that club to access the Message Board.
In your message, include the following information: – your name– club name you want to be an ambassador for– exit ticket response
