2.2 Attendance to annual meetings The historical trend of the attendance of the CoB Members to CoB meetings is showed in Figure 4. The number of members attending the meeting is almost constant, ranging in the last 5 years from 45 (2015) to 54 (2018).

However, due to the policy adopted from the MC since 2010 -which aims to exclude the inactive members in favour of new, young and dynamic ones, the Attendance Index (AI = Participants/Total) is constantly increasing (last 5 years range: 47-56%, see green line on Figure 4)
