BALLANTRAE CLUBHOUSE
INFORMATION On behalf of the Board of Directors here is some important information you need to know about using the Clubhouse:
1. The access code is 1-5-6-0.
2. The exercise room is available from 6:00 am – 10:00 pm. The great room is available daily. Informal use (i.e., card games, TV football games) is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
3. There is no smoking in the Clubhouse and animals (other than service animals) are not
permitted inside the Clubhouse.
4. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the Clubhouse or on the Clubhouse grounds unless accompanied and supervised by an adult. Any person who brings a child under the age of 16 into the Clubhouse or onto the Clubhouse grounds is responsible for the child’s conduct and safety.
5. If you are interested in renting the Clubhouse for a personal event, you can contact
Homeowner Management Services, Inc. (HMS). The administrative assistant for Ballantrae maintains the calendar and can provide you with information, such as availability, forms, costs, etc. Call Pamela Davis at 770.667.0595 ext 109 or send an email to: [email protected].
6. No paint, tape or tacks are permitted on walls, windows, fixtures, moldings, fireplace,
mantel or ceilings.
7. Glass bottles, drinking glasses and other glass containers are not permitted in the Clubhouse or on the porch area (only canned or plastic beverage containers are allowed).
8. Indoor furniture and outdoor furniture should remain in appropriate areas.
9. The Clubhouse should be left in the condition it was found. All residents and their
guests are responsible for removing any and all of their personal belongings from the Clubhouse and tiding up after themselves.
