A- Highest priority, must be done today (a main ingredient of the CAKE)
B- Medium priority, need to be done, but can wait if time runs out (an important ingredient of the CAKE)
C- Lowest priority, it would be nice to get these tasks done, but not important to get them done today (aka “frosting”)
