Flag Hoisting at Sanskar Jeevan School at Palanpur Patia. Unfurled the Tricolor And paid tribute to father of nation Mahatma Gandhi.

Regular weekly meeting celebrated Jamasthami with a song of Krishna by Shree Rajesh Naik and his team and also enjoyed “Matki Fod “ by R’ann and Annets

•We had attended seminar on membership development and Polio on 18th August at Silvassa.•We had a Board meeting on 31st August for the month of August at our Rotary Hall and discussed the program MSPs and other matters in a friendly environment.

Youth Service 11th August 2013

We co-sponsored a elocution competition for children and they gave their views on our pre-independence leaders , event was organized by “Shree Siddh Rudra Brahma Samaj”. We gave 100 gifts, trophies and snacks to the gathering. Mayor of Surat also attended the event.

Youth Service 16th August 2013

Regular weekly meeting arranged for celebration of Independence day. Skit, Patriotic Songs, Instrumental music and Dance were performed by our young partners in service Intractor and Rotractors.

Eye Checkup at village Vadpad and Jankhvav. Past President Dr.P.P.Mistry volunteered and checked 1050 people and distributed 320 pairs of spectacles

Maternal & Child Health 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st August 2013

We provided nutritious meals to 50 children at adopted Pal anganwadi

MSP – Avoid Plastics 15th August 2013

We went to vegetable market and distributed 500 non-woven bags to vendors and buyers with message avoid plastic

MSP – E-waste Management 28th August 2013

We collected E-waste from our members and gave it to E-Process house a registered E-waste handler , approximate 1.5ton E-waste was handed over.
