* NOTE Damage caused by the wrong fuel

Even small amounts of the wrong fuel couldresult in damage to the fuel system, theengine and the emission control system.# Only refuel with low-sulfur unleaded

fuel.

This fuel may contain up to 10% ethanol byvolume. Your vehicle is suitable for use withE10 fuel.Never refuel with one of the following fuels:R DieselR Gasoline with more than 10% ethanol by

volume, e.g. E15, E85, E100

R Gasoline with more than 3% methanol byvolume, e.g. M15, M30, M85, M100R Gasoline with additives containing metal

If you have accidentally refueled with thewrong fuel:# Do not switch the ignition on.# Consult a qualified specialist workshop.

If the available fuel is not sufficiently low in sul‐fur, this can produce unpleasant odors.Only refuel using unleaded premium grade gaso‐line with at least 91 AKI/95 RON.As a temporary measure, if the recommendedfuel is not available, you may also use unleadedregular gasoline which has at least the octanenumber specified in the information label in thefuel filler flap (see the vehicle Operator's Man‐ual).Never refuel using gasoline with an even lowerRON.

* NOTE Premature wear through unleadedregular gasoline

Unleaded regular gasoline can cause theengine to wear more quickly and impair lon‐gevity and performance. If unleaded premium grade gasoline isunavailable and you have to refuel usingunleaded regular gasoline:# Only fill the fuel tank to half full with

unleaded regular gasoline and fill up assoon as possible with unleaded pre‐mium grade gasoline.

# Do not drive at the maximum designspeed.
