Cloudian HyperStore software to roll-your-own

scale-out storage servers.

In addition, Red Hat OpenStack users take

Through our Glance integration, Cloudian extends support by implementing the S3 Multipart Upload API, this allows objects larger than 5 GB to be stored. With Cloudian replication technology, virtual machine images, templates, and snapshots are easily protected across data centers.

Cloudian HyperStore Data Explorer UI (Horizon)With Red Hat OpenStack 7, use the Cloudian HyperStore Data Explorer UI integration with Horizon to provide easy access to our Cloudian Management Console (CMC) for Single-Sign-On access. Cloudian Keystone integration allows Red Hat OpenStack projects to also manage provisioning and de-provisioning a Cloudian user for that project and easily share buckets and objects by using explicit sharing rules.

Main Features: ● Adds a “HyperStore Data Explorer” button to

the OpenStack UI (Horizon). The button

appears in the Project context for each user

and it opens up CMC and performs Single-Sign-On to give the user access to their

project’s S3 object storage.

● Automatic HyperStore group and user

provisioning as new domains or projects are

created in OpenStack.

● OpenStack users (in the same project) can easily upload, share and access objects in the storage directly from the UI; their compute instances; or any S3 compatible tool.
