Five layers of Cloud Computing with three ServiceModels are broadly identified according to generalconsensus:

Server layer: Hardware/Software: CPUs, RAM etcClient layer: Desktops, OSs, browsers etc

Application layer: aka Software as a Service (SaaS Service Model)provides applications (typically multi-tenant) over the InternetPlatform layer: aka Platform as a Service (PaaS Service Model) providesa computing platform by implementing/providing the whole solutionstack.
