Transitioning Discounted Offers If you previously purchased licenses at the $19 discounted price and would like to continue taking advantage of the partner discount by purchasing licenses at the $45 discounted price, you will need to transition users. 1.Each of the subscriptions on your account will be shown separately. For example: a.Original IUR 250 seats b.New IUR 60 seats c.Seats purchased at the $19 discounted offer d.Seats purchased at the $45 discounted offer 2.Your original IUR and $19 discounted licenses are a part of the same product and will pool together.Likewise, your new IUR and $45 discounted licenses are a part of the same product and will pool together. 3.You will need to reassign users from the original IUR subscription and $19 discounted offer to the new IUR subscription and the $45 discounted offer Non-Production instances and additional storage Non-Production instances 1.CRM Competency Partners are eligible for 2 (Silver) and 4 (Gold) non-production instances as a part of their IUR benefit. If you wish to add non-production instances to your existing subscription, you will need to request keys by contacting the Regional Service Centera.Upon receiving the keys, you will redeem them through the Microsoft Office 365 key redemption portal in the same way as any other IUR key b.Enter keys and select "add more seats" when prompted.Do not select "extend subscription". 2.If you already have non production instances for which you are paying, you may eliminate these subscriptions in favour of those offered as a part of your CRM competency IUR benefits. You will need to add the non-production instances offered through your IUR benefits and will then have to contact your Regional Service Center and ask for the instances you do not wish to use to be deleted. This usually involves them renaming unwanted instances to indicate to support which instances they want deleted. For example: i.You have 2 current non production instances through a paid subscription. You have a Silver competency and are now qualified for 2 free CRM non-production instances. ii.You now have a total of 4 non production instances.Since you want both existing instances to be those covered by the free IUR licenses, you will voluntarily give up the two new non-production instances and keep using your existing non-production instances. Their CRM IUR non-production instance subscription will cover the two existing non production instances and as long as you have a non-production subscription, the system does not mind which two instances are kept.iii.You contact the RSC and ask the agent to rename the current non-production instances, delete the newly acquired instances and suspend payment. Additional Storage In order to purchase additional storage, you will need to request a custom $0 subscription, which will enable storage purchasing. The subscription can be requested by completing the request form. Please note that if you have purchased $45 discounted licenses, you do not need the customer $0 subscription and may purchase additional storage by navigating to the Purchase Services section of the Office 365 Admin center. Once you receive the link to redeem the $0 offer, you may add it to your current tenant. You may add storage and other add-ons during the same transaction.
