C H A P T E R 1Cloud Connected Audio (CCA) Portal for ServiceProvider Partners

Using CCA Portal 3.0, Service Provider (SP) Partners can manage telephony domains and callback groups, view, manage and trend ports usage, and create users and associate them with groups.

The changes made on CCA Portal are submitted to Cisco Audio and Video Operations Team (AVOPS) forapproval and execution.

The following is a description of some of the terms used in the guide:

•WebEx Site or URL : A WebEx site name is a unique site URL that has its own database index. It is,typically, the name of a company where employees host meetings which attendees join. This specificsite URL can have a unique configuration such as version, permissions, list of hosts, page branding, and telephony configuration.

•WebEx Cluster: Each WebEx site URL is linked to a specific cluster. A cluster is a group of serversin a pool that share a primary and a secondary location of service across different data centers.

•WebExAudio Bridge: Unique to its own configuration, aWebEx audio bridge can host a certain numberof calls at one time and is assigned to a specific telephony configuration called a Telephony Domain. That specific telephony domain is assigned to a WebEx site. Bridges can have unique configurationsincluding multiple tenants and call-in and callback parameters.

• Telephony Domain (TD): Telephony domains define specific details for a unique partner or customerconfiguration and can be shared amongst sites on the sameWebEx cluster.Within the telephony domain,a phone number group set, WebEx Cluster, and Audio bridge are assigned. These configurations arestatic. There may be multiple telephony domains for a partner or customer if they have unique WebExsites on different bridges.

• Callback Group: A callback group defines which countries or regions can receive a callback from thesystem during a meeting.

Step 4 Select the Telephony Domains link.Step 5 In the Telephony Domains page, select a domain to view a list of associated sites.

Request a New Telephony Domain

Step 1 On the Telephony Domains page, select Request Telephony Domain.A new telephony domain request is rejected or not submitted if:Note

• The same DNIS is assigned to two different display numbers.

• The same display number is created in two different countries.

• The telephony domain contains a number that is already in use on another bridge.

• The telephony domain contains more than 300 display numbers.

• The telephony domain contains a DNIS with fewer than 7 characters or more than 15characters.

Step 2 Enter the following details:a) Customer Name: customer for whom you are requesting the telephony domain. This is a temporary name that is

replaced after approval by Cisco. If it is not for one specific customer, enter Multiple Customers.b) Region: region in which the telephony domain resides.c) Partner TD Name: a label for the telephony domain. This label is displayed in the telephony list page for your own

reference.

d) Note to Cisco Team: provide the name of the telephony bridge and cluster on which to create the telephony domain. This is mandatory if you use multiple telephony bridges and clusters.

Unsupported characters: !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, and~

Note

Step 3 Add the telephony numbers in one of the following ways:a) To manually input each number, select Add Phone and enter all the required details.

Note • The Phone Label is a description of this phone number that all users see in the Cisco WebEx MeetingClient. The standard format is Country + Toll Type. Toll Type examples include United States Toll orIndia Toll Free.

• The Access Number is the DNIS ID required to access the phone call.

• A telephony domain must have only one default toll number. It can optionally have one default tollfree number. Those two numbers are shown in the meeting client's call-in panel as default numbers.

• Optionally select Global Display. This option is only available for the Default Toll and Default TollFree numbers. If you select No, those two numbers are not available for selection from the All GlobalCall-in Numbers list when connecting to audio in a meeting. We recommend that you select Displayfor this option.

• If Hidden is selected from the Hidden On Client drop-down, this phone number is invisible to allusers in the Cisco WebEx Meeting Client. However, the number is still viable if a user tries to dial it.This option should only be selected when a phone number is mapped to more than one DNIS, so thenumber only appears once within the All Global Call-in Numbers list.

b) To import call-in numbers from another telephony domain, select Import from other TD. Select from a list ofexisting telephony domains and copy some or all of it's call-in numbers.

You can only import numbers from another telephony domain of the same region.Note

C H A P T E R 5Customer Reports

You can generate and view usage scorecards that show the usage metrics of the Cisco Cloud ConnectedAudio and Cisco WebEx conference services. You can view the metrics up to a maximum of the previous12 months of usage. Or, you can filter them to display a shorter duration of days, a specific WebEx site, andone or more session types. You can also export the data to a .CSV file based on the filter that is set.

Reports can be generated for each of the following options:

• Usage by Minutes

• Peak Ports

• Meeting Participants

• Meeting Types and Sizes

You can filter data by duration, site URLs, and session types. After selecting the filters, click Apply Filterto refresh the metrics based on the select filter settings. For example, if the duration filter is set to Last 45Days, the key performance indicators (KPIs) compare the respective metrics for the last 45 days comparedto the previous 45 days.

Key Performance Indicators and Graphic Metrics

KPIs are a set of comparisons of CCA usage metrics. They are based on the time period set by the durationfilter and the previous time period of the same number of days.

A KPI of -- indicates that there is insufficient data or that the KPI is not applicable for the selected filters.Note

• Each KPI is a measure of percentage growth or decline in the respective metric.

• To view a KPI in graph format, select the KPI name. To view a graph group, expand a report panelsuch as Total Meetings.

•Within each graph, you can select each legend item to use as a subfilter.

• Hover over elements in the graph to reveal the data point values.

• Select the magnifier icon to display the enlarged graph as a shadowbox over the web page. You canthen export each graph individually as a PDF or PNG by selecting the export button at the top rightcorner of the graph.
