This powerful system for attendance control is designed to suit most users. Easy, fast and user-friendly operation saves working time. The system monitors presence at the workplace in real time at all locations via a cloud based application. You will record employee attendance conveniently and quickly from anywhere. You can place terminals at all your branches, anywhere in the world. This modular solution allows you to expand functionalities and services according to your wishes. The system communi- cates with third party software (e.g. SAP), this service is available on request.

The cloud based application is accessible through a web interface, the database is located at the site of a data services provider and gathers all data from the terminals. The data is stored on servers with secure connection and regular backups. Another appli- cation, on the same cloud, allows you to view, modify, report and analyse all this data. Any browser is suitable for this activity.
CLOUD BASED ATTENDANCE SYSTEM - DESCRIPTION The iTA attendance system works based the principle of individual time accounts into which the employee attendance records are sorted and subsequently evaluated. This way, it is possible to record various reasons for the absence of employees as well as overtime or, for example, to report the presence in certain time zones.
The method of sorting, automation of transfers and other transactions between accounts follows rules. Their configurability and broad options of customisation give the system the advantage of personalisation tailored to each user. Within the rules, it is possi- ble to individually process both requests for the employee's regime as well as calculations of leave of absence, holidays, break systems, balance transfers and other useful features.
The principle of sorting data into accounts also allows simple and efficient creation of reports with the requested information, areas, employees, their groups, branches, etc.

TIME ACCOUNTS
As already mentioned above, the iTA system uses time accounts to keep records of attendance, overtime hours or absence. An unlimited number of these accounts for various purposes can be defined, such as diseases, leave of absence, child care, over- time, etc. Together with the definition of the account, regular actions with the account balance are definable.
According to the purpose of use, the following can be defined: Absence Balance Reporting The current overview of the status of accounts then highlights in colour breaches of a rule assigned to individual employees. It is possible to work with the overview directly on the screen, edit and filter individual pieces of information.

The screen of absence and evaluation of ab- sence gives you an excellent opportunity to manage and plan activities of your team. The summary daily shows every absence (not the full designated working hours according to the work rule are worked) or any violation of labour laws (e.g. failure to use the ID card or being late for work, but also overtime, work on weekends and holidays).
The work rules determine: Basic hours - the time, when it is necessary for the employees to be at the workplace Paid time - time interval when the employee is financially remunerated for their performance Work obligation - the time for which the employee is required to work per day Employee break regime Rules for individual accounts and specified monitoring needs

STANDARD MODE
