Non-closure of all non-compliance and punchlists will cause delay in the handover of your completed works as the CQC Department will not sign your Area Handover and Acceptance Form. In case you have already rectified or resolved the said non-compliance and/or punchlists, please have our CQC inspectors inspect the work done and to check compliance to design and standards for closure.
