SILENT OPERATION

Our permanent yard systems are designed for silent operation using the latest Pneumatic solutions combined with physical locks.This enables the system to use a minimal amount of air without sacrificing speed.Our permanent yards use our HD series crushes, which have been designed from the ground up to be as quiet as possible. They use nylon bushes on all moving parts and feature our patented rattle free latch. Combine these with our rubber on steel mesh flooring and you get a crush that is as silent as possible.

Product Features

HD Force Tub Our patent pending pneumatic HD force tub has dual swinging doors that engage and disengage to create a seamless 360o

swinging action. Capable of being operated via a remote or control panel, the HD force tub is very easy to operate.

Adjustable RaceOur newly developed adjustable race,improves flow by allowing the user tolimit the race width dependingon the size of cattle. Available in either manual or pneumatic options.

Drafting Available in either 3 or 5 way drafting, our hot dip galvanised pneumatic drafters are incredibly easy to use. A manual option is also available.

Cattle Ramps Our cattle ramps are available in 3 sizes, a single PG 3.6m ramp, HD 6m ramp ordouble 13.4m HD ramp.

Our HD Range including our HD crushes, HD ramps and HD work areas are hot dip galvanised to a min

600g/m2.^ Zinc (Zn) is a self sacrificing coating which prevents rust from corroding steel quickly.

The more zinc present, the longer the life span of the steel. Hot dip galvanisation expands on this by bonding with the material, not only creating a thick

zinc outer layer but also creating a bonded zinc inner layer (Zn-Fe), making it extremely difficult to remove. Hot dip galvanising has approximately 600% more

bonding strength than zinc rich paint.*
