• Meet ACJ milestones and requirements– Complete Design November 2010– Commence Construction July 2011– Commence Operation December 31, 2013

• Keep all CSO storage below grade– Allow reuse of parking lot above CSO Storage– High saline content of groundwater up to 80,000 mg/l– Comply with BMP’s for groundwater dewatering
