    POSITION PURPOSE: Clinical pharmacist provide pharmaceutical care to patients by monitoring drug

    therapies, reviewing medication orders, providing drug information; In addition, clinical pharmacists provide

    clinical guidance to pharmacy and health care staff.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education: BSc or Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm.D! degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.

    Experience: BSc. Degree at least " years of e#perience as a clinical pharmacist. Doctor of Pharmacy degreePharma D! at least $ year e#perience as a clinical pharmacist. Post baccalaureate Pharm D at least

    $ year e#perience as a clinical pharmacist. Post baccalaureate %.S. at least $ year e#perience as aclinical pharmacist.

    Licensure: Current &ational 'icense

    Desired: a post graduate (ualification in clinical pharmacy Preferably %aster Degree!
