• Automated Queue System We have now incorporated your pre-

planned treatment itinerary as part of the queue ticket. With this new technology, your entire journey within the clinic is now represented by just a single queue number.

Self-registration kiosks are available onsite to help speed up the registration process for all repeat visit patients.

• Pharmacy Services For first visit patients, the review of current

medications happens at the beginning of your journey, even prior to the doctor’s consultation. This new process allows our doctors to ensure that appropriate medications are prescribed in accordance with the pharmacist’s review.

• Enquiry Hotline As part of our service enhancement

efforts, we have provided a one-stop appointment hotline. Our patient service associate team is committed to going the extra mile and delivering personalised care from the heart.

• Care-Coordinators Care co-ordinators are on hand to

chaperone you within the clinic and hospital.

• Diagnostic Services X-ray services are available within the

clinic. We can arrange for same-day appointments for other diagnostic services such as Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), where necessary.

• Endoscopy Services Endoscopy services are available within

the clinic to provide a continuum of care for patients requiring Gastroscopy (OGD) and Flexible Cystoscopy services. To facilitate faster and better care, you can now enjoy same-day appointments for these services.

For your convenience, medication and payment are facilitated by your bedside upon discharge.

• Pre-Admission Counselling and Evaluation (PACE) Services

You can now enjoy the convenience of receiving pre-operative instructions and financial information on the surgical procedures within the clinic.

• Payment The payment process has been streamlined

to reduce waiting time. Payment is now consolidated in a single counter. You will also have the option of wireless payment.
