Climate Change - An Overview

What is confirmed Climate change is a fact, and occurring at a seemingly

accelerating rate.

What is NOT confirmed That CO2 is the real culprit, or, is there some other factor?

Whether current international scientific papers said to provide valid evidence that CO2 is the only factor causing Green House Temperature increases, are in fact, correct?

If the Policy of Carbon trading and reduction of CO2 will provide the solution to stop, or slow, the pace of climate change?

Consequences of a future climate change

How will we generate power for an increasing population? What alternatives are there to Coal?

Can CO2 be buried? Is it an impossibility?

What changes are required to motor vehicles and other forms of transport?

What effect will possible rising sea levels have on the infrastructure of our major cities?

Will current practices of using plastics in packaging be able to be sustained?

Is methane even worse than CO2 and could burning methane to produce electricity be a positive or negative factor?

Will Australia suffer from prolonged drought?

ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCES

There have been many unproven claimsof perpetual motion machines using:- Magnets, Gravity and more.

The purpose of this presentation

Is to gather information from members wishing to participate, on their own thoughts regarding the problem of “climate change”, by examining the various scientific and political recommendations currently on the table, as well as from information found in this presentation, thus providing a more public point of view, perhaps unpolluted by international policies based upon yet unproven science.

How will current political thought on How will current political thought on “climate change” effect the future of our “climate change” effect the future of our economy, and way of life, in Australia ?economy, and way of life, in Australia ?

Australian Policy

suggests that steps should be taken internationally to find methods of burying and storing CO2 –

Is it possible???

Re-forestation of the planet is surely easier – fast growing trees would fix the CO2 and provide building materials for a growing world population . Burning timber should be made punishable by law internationally, excepting for Peasant populations
