2 On July 11, there was a lecture of Mr. Nobutoki,

Executive Director for Future City Promotion, at Seagull Centre in Kanazawahakkei campus of Yokohama City University. "FutureCity Yokohama" and "Yokohama Green Valley" has been introduced in light talk. In this hall full of about 400 students, this time has passed quickly.

City of Yokohama has implemented a demonstration of solar water heating system in partnership with Tokyo Gas Corp. This project, as the introduction of renewable energy in Yokohama Green Valley, is the first case of public-private partnerships. This system was placed in the Kanazawa Sports Center and Namiki 2nd Preschool, and they are working on a visualize operating conditions.
