We instigated an initial trial involving 25 non predictive cost RTA, Employers Liability and Public Liability cases and compared the profit costs recovered with those achieved historically by the Firm. The results were dramatic. Average profit costs increased by 40% and disbursements were recovered in full. The client now outsources all its costs recovery to our Business Partner and we expect an increase in net profit of over £250k to be delivered over the next 12 months.
