The purpose of this brochure is to give you

an insight into the capabilities of Amida

Executive Search: we have experienced senior search consultants with

London: our London office has strong partnerships with global

multidisciplinary consultancies, end-user corporates and large main

contractors. We have developed a robust recruitment network centered

around our London office that has created deep client relationships and

a strong delivery capacity.

Singapore: our Singapore office key areas of specialism in the region

include recruitment for Architecture & Design, Construction, Property

Management, Sustainability and Renewable Energy. Our team can

across the Asian Region.

Malaysia: We recognised early on the importance of relationships and

being easily accessible to not only our clients but the professionals who

we work with. The Kuala Lumpur office will offer our specialised brand of

Our People Andy Clapham Regional Director – Asia Pacific

Andy is leading our expansion into the Asian market with our office in the

Singapore CBD. He has extensive management experience with a proven

track record of building teams and developing new markets. Andy

specialises in Energy recruitment and will focus on delivering the highest

Greg Brooks BBS, BTSM

Sales Director – Consulting Engineering & Architecture

Greg has worked with consulting engineering & architectural practices

throughout his recruitment career on a global basis for both Contingent

and Executive Search assignments. Degree qualified in Business

Management & Marketing, Greg is a founding member of Amida and

Director of the business. Currently based in Singapore, Greg’s remit is to

grow the Consulting & Architecture business in the Asia-Pacific region.

Aaron George BREP, MREC, Cert. RPs

Managing Director

Aaron has 12 years experience in the recruitment industry. Specialising in

freelance recruitment in his early career, Aaron then developed his

expertise in a management capacity running offices recruiting for the

consulting engineering, construction and property sectors. Aaron has

worked on global recruitment campaigns with a number of multinational

Cheryl Lee Senior Consultant – Property / Construction

Cheryl specialises in recruitment for the Real Estate Sector and works

closely with some of the region’s largest developers and

consultancies. Her role is to source and connect with quality candidates

within the Real Estate sector, advising them on potential opportunities in

the Asian market.

Julia Thong Resource Consultant – Construction / Buildings

Julia currently works closely with Cheryl, resourcing for the Construction

and Property markets across Asia. She holds a Degree in Sociology from

the National University of Singapore and is enthusiastic in speaking and

connecting with candidates within the following disciplines including;

project management, construction management, development

management and site management. A local Singaporean, Julia is fluent in

both English and Mandarin.

Ling Tew

Resource Consultant - Interior Design

Ling is originally from Brunei but has lived abroad in Canada, Singapore,

and UK in the last 13 years. Combined with over 4 years experience as an

interior designer and interest in having big impact in people’s lives, she

has taken a plunge to come into the exciting world of recruitment and join

the team at Amida as a recruitment consultant for interior designers in the

region.

Anna Consultant – Sales & Marketing

Anna joined Amida in November 2014 as a Business Development

Executive for an engineering supplies firm. Anna specializes in recruitment

for the Interior Design sector and is based in Singapore covering regional

Angel Sathish Managing Consultant – Energy

Angel has worked exclusively within the oil and gas sector internationally.

With extensive expertise within technical and non technical roles, she has

covered a wide range of disciplines within the market both on a permanent

and contract basis. Having relocated back to Singapore, Angel’s remit is

to grow the Energy business in Asia whilst also developing our client

base.

James Yewdall

Consultant – Energy

James is a consultant for the Energy Sector, working predominantly on the

Oil and Gas side, supporting Angel Sathish. He recently moved to

Singapore to begin his career after a number of years travelling and

working around the world. He has a degree in Business Management but

after experience in both an office and offshore environment decided that

recruitment was the next career step.

Christopher Harris Consultant – Energy

Chris recently moved to Singapore and forms part of the Energy team and

quality resourcing skills. Chris hails from Scotland, has over seven years

Consultant – Infrastructure

Bharath graduated with a Masters from NTU in Construction Management and

has also worked as a professional civil engineer with L&T Construction before

joining as a recruiter with Amida. He is a valued member of our Engineering team

and he specializes in Infrastructure recruitment across Asia and Middle East. His

core areas of focus are across civil & structural, water, bridges and environmental

engineering. He has a great understanding of various technical roles and is an

enthusiastic person who is eager to learn and grow in this industry.

Shane Lee Consultant- Buildings

Shane is a graduate of Psychology from The University of Buffalo (New York) and

is currently undertaking a further Masters Degree in Industrial & Organizational

Psychology from Baruch College (NYC). Shane leads our Buildings related

recruitment across Asia and is predominately focused on finding talent across

geotechnical, structural, ESD and MEP engineering.

Clare Gaskell Business Support Manager
