Our easy to use, point and click menu lets you choose the operation you want and get started with one click.

Click on the Clients button on the Main Menu to access your Client records or enter Client information.

This provides the basisfor the powerful marketing capabilitiesof ClienTrak!.

CLIENT WORKSHEETThe Client Worksheet includes demographic and marketing information.There is also an area for comments.

CLIENT LOOKUPOur quick lookup lets you find a Client record by simply entering all or part of the last name, first name or telephone number, then clicking "OK.”

To lookup a Client using other fields, click the "Super" button to access Super Search, and lookup using any Client information.

SEARCH RESULTSThe Search Results lists all Clients fitting the criteria you entered.

Simply select the Client whose record you wish to access, then click "OK."

CLIENT WORKSHEETThe Client Worksheet includes scheduling information such as first and last visit and the option to enter a date to contact the Client regarding the next visit. There is also an area for Comments.

CALLER I.D.With ClienTrak!'s built-in Caller I.D. software you can see who's calling right at the computer.

To book an appointment, simply click the Booking icon next to the Client's name.

SCHEDULING OPTIONSYou can perform many functions right from the at-a-glance Appointment Scheduler including booking entire treatment packages involving multiple appointments, blocking out time for non-service related reasons, creating standing appointments and waiting lists.

This increases staff productivity and saves time.

CLIENTCALLSAsk us about our Automated Appointment Reminders service which saves youtime and dollars by auto-confirming appointments.

There are three ways to access the Cash Register: Click on the Register button in the Main Menu, click on the Register tab from any Client record or go directly to checkout from our at-a-glance Appointment Scheduler.

The easiest and most efficient way to checkout a Client is to start at the Appointment Scheduler.

Simply right-click on Client's appointment to bring up the Register screen.

CASH REGISTERThe Register screen automatically shows the services provided, pricesand totals.

You can add other Services or Retail purchases to the ticket prior to checkout.

You can also enter tips to be charged and assign them to individual staff.

When all Services and Retail for the visit are entered, click the "End Charges" button to complete the checkout process.

CHOOSE PAYMENT TYPETo take payment, choose from the Pay Type pop up menu at the bottom of the screen. We'll choose "Visa" to take a credit or debit card payment using ClienTrak! Credit Card Processing.

ClienTrak! Credit Card Processing gives you below market rates for credit and debit card transactions which can save you up to 20 PERCENT on every sale!

REGISTER


CREDIT CARDThe total to be charged to the credit card is entered. Simply swipe the client's card to complete the information, or enter it into the fields provided.

The entire checkout process takes only a few seconds and provides all the marketing information you need to better control your business.

After checkout, you can return to the Client record to see that today's service has also been added to your Client's history automatically.
