An individual after buying the Clicknpick Combo will become a distributor. He will be at this stage earning Retail Profit which is equal to the discount he gets on the MRP of the products.

For Example : Mr X buys Combo 1 at a Distributor price of Rs 6490, its MRP being Rs 10,023.Mr X earns Rs 3353 as Retail Profit.

• A Distributor needs to create 2 Sales Organizations to earn Team Distribution Income.

• Team Distribution Income is calculated basis Business Volume (BV) achieved by these 2 sales organizations.

• To qualify for Team Distribution Income for the 1st time, the distributor needs to achieve a total BV of 150 with at least 50 BV in either organization.

• After qualification, for every 100 BV achieved with at least 50 BV in each organization, the distributor will earn a Team Distribution Income of Rs 1000.

• Every Friday 1155 pm would be sales closing period• The maximum payout for a distributor in a week would be Rs 130,000.

Un-utilized BV will be carried over to next week.• TDS as per Govt norms plus a Service Charge of 4.7% would be

deducted

A distributor is active when he achieves a minimum of 2500 BV with at least 1250 BV in each organization.

the 2nd Board. Once the distributor completes 3 levels in the 2nd

Board, he will move to the 3rd Board. There will be total 5 Boards. Hewill earn commission on every movement of Board.
