You will need to know if you have a 32 bit or 64 bit system. Click on applicable installer > Click on Run
Click on Next
Click on Next
Click on Next
Click on Install
Click on InstallRoot
Click on No and Don’t ask me about adding this store again.
Click on Next

Click on Finish
Click on Install Dod Certificates, then Click on Install Certificates a box will come up and say that they are installed, Click
on ok. Exit out of all boxes, if asked to save Click on Yes. You should now be able to open a fresh browser screen and go
